1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Grassy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Grassy is a golf social media and course rating mobile application that allows users to rate and review golf courses, share their experiences through posts with images, follow other users, and discover golf courses based on their location. The App includes features such as course ratings, social feed, user interactions (likes and comments), and location-based course discovery.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use the App, you must create an account using either Sign in with Apple or email and password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

5. User Content and Conduct

You may post ratings, reviews, comments, and images ("User Content") through the App. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App. You agree not to post content that is offensive, inappropriate, fraudulent, or violates others' rights. You also agree not to manipulate ratings or engage in spam behavior.

6. Location Services

The App uses location services to help you discover golf courses near you. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location services in your device settings, but this may limit App functionality.

7. App Store Distribution

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall prevail for App Store-related matters.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, post false or misleading course ratings, harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, or interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grassy and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Golf course information may be sourced from third parties and is subject to their respective rights.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy of golf course information, user ratings, or availability of courses. Course ratings and reviews reflect individual user opinions and may not represent actual conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grassy, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated course ratings or any decisions you make based on them.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
